深圳印刷廠印刷機的收紙鏈條導軌的要求是：(1)由於鏈條長期運轉磨損、鏈節長度增長,在設計導軌時收紙端一般設計是不封閉的,由長槽進行調節。(2)導軌的運行部分周長和收紙鏈條的周長是一致的,即收紙鏈條的軌跡是由導軌來決定的

深圳印刷廠印刷機的收紙鏈條導軌的要求是

(1)由於鏈條長期運轉磨損、鏈節長度增長,在設計導軌時收紙端一般設計是不封閉的,由長槽進行調節

(2)導軌的運行部分周長和收紙鏈條的周長是一致的,即收紙鏈條的軌跡是由導軌來決定的

(3)為了減少收紙鏈條的磨損,並減少鏈條的噪聲,所有導軌的連接應是圓弧連接,希望過渡圓弧越大越好

(4)五滾筒排列的膠印機,收紙鏈滾筒下邊導軌傾角大於40°,以防止低速運轉時印薄紙下溜。

(5)為了保證紙張平穩交接,在交界處應是上、下導軌。

(6)為了改善製造條件,下導軌由主機牆板伸出的大支架支撐,彎導軌半徑規格應盡量少,便於製造。
