在開始印刷時,印刷機組的滾筒一經接觸,便發出脈沖,使紅外線乾燥裝置工作,一瞬間(1秒鐘內)紅外線燈可以達到接近於總輸出的功率;在停機和滾筒脫離接觸時,自動滅燈,即採用瞬時快速的中止輸出的聯動方式。另外,印刷機在緊急剎車時,借助停車鈕的作用,立刻滅燈,從而防止火災等事故。
