深圳印刷廠膠印機滾筒離合壓機構的作用是：(1)保證橡皮布兩端的偏心軸承在相等的轉角內有相同的位移,以使橡皮滾筒的軸心線與其餘兩滾筒的中心線平行地離合。(2)保持滾筒在固定的離合位置,這由控制轉軸轉角的限位螺釘來完成,在此應註意限位螺釘不能與離合凸輪的作用力發生矛盾,當轉軸上的擺桿轉至適當限位時,才可接觸限位螺釘以免損壞機件。(3)印刷中斷時,能立即停止對版面水、墨的供應,使中斷前後的印品墨色深淺接近一致
