開機上墨後,若發現墨輥兩端或局部的墨量不夠時,可以用墨刀加墨;若整體著墨不夠時,可以搖動墨鬥輥轉動手柄或將墨鬥輥走牙數再開大,而不宜用墨刀加墨,否則會造成打墨不勻。

(1)開機上墨後,深圳畫冊印刷廠若發現墨輥兩端或局部的墨量不夠時,可以用墨刀加墨;若整體著墨不夠時,可以搖動墨鬥輥轉動手柄或將墨鬥輥走牙數再開大,而不宜用墨刀加墨,否則會造成打墨不勻。

(2)用墨刀向墨輥加墨時必須註意安全,其操作方法有兩種:一種是加在墨輥上。深圳畫冊印刷廠另一種是直接加在傳墨輥上。應握緊墨刀,精力集中,動作靈活,迅速,墨刀上下運行,切忌刀口撞擊墨輥。

(3)人工加水時,必須姿勢正確,腳跟站穩。一般應用一隻手握住安全位置,用另一隻手加水。加水時,海綿與串水輥至少相距50mm左右。嚴禁在機器運轉時用手撫摸水輥。

(4)給水操作完成後,“點動”機器將串水輥上黏附的絨毛等雜質擦乾凈,以免影響圖文部分的清晰度。

(5)深圳畫冊印刷廠嚴禁在運轉時用濕布擦拭印版。
