調頻網點因不存在網角問題,避免了龜紋的產生,現在一般使用14-21μm大小的網點,分別相當於200Lpi的1%的網點大小和133pi的1%的網點大小。也不存在線數選擇,特別適合高精細產品和高保真產品的加網印刷復制,但調頻網點對印刷生產的要求也比較高,如日刷壓力控制、水墨平衡控制、油墨密度控制、網點增大控制、印版線性化補償等都有較高的要求,印刷企業需通過印刷實踐總結其網點的變化規律,進行針對性調控。
