步殼印刷能滿足高速印刷要求。啟動速度到高速印刷之間應該是無級變速,且調節方便。
      步殼印刷單張紙膠印機對主傳動系統有以下要求：

(1)單張紙膠印機應有啟動速度,一般為2500~4000張/時

(2)步殼印刷能滿足高速印刷要求。啟動速度到高速印刷之間應該是無級變速,且調節方便。

步殼印刷

(3)要有慢速運行和點動機構。約在3~16r/min,以便進行洗版和洗橡皮布操作,或進行裝卸印版和橡皮布操作。

(4)步殼印刷主傳動減速機構應平穩,不會影響印刷質量。
