實際印刷生產中的專色油墨調配,

深圳印刷廠最常用的是經驗調色法:即利用色料減色法,將色樣比對色卡,憑借配色人員對色樣的分析和經驗判斷進行調色。

印刷廠使用經驗調色法調色時,可利用十色圖判斷顏色的變化趨勢與各原色墨用量的大小,最小三角形的三個頂點代表黃、品紅、青三原色。

兩原色之間等量混合時,得到其對應第二大三角形三個頂點的間色紅、綠、藍;

當三原色油墨等量混合時,得到中心點的黑色;如果三原色墨不等量混合時,向最大三角形三個頂點的顏色變化,如品紅墨量最大,就向棗紅色方向變化;

黃色墨量最大,就向古銅色方向變化;青色墨量最大,就向橄欖色方向變化。

隨著潘通色卡的廣泛應用,印刷公司調色時,將色樣比照潘通色卡,尋找出最接近色樣的潘通色卡編號,查看色卡的顏色構成數據,再結合經驗調色法和十色圖進行顏色分析與調色。

潘通色卡的應用,深圳印刷廠一定要註意:潘通色卡的類型要與色樣的紙張相同,即應區分銅版紙、啞粉紙還是非塗布紙等類型。
