印刷包裝廠自動給紙機的機構和作用分別如下


印刷包裝廠
(1)分紙機構。準確地把紙堆上的紙張自動逐張分開,並傳送給輸紙板。

(2)升紙機構。把堆齊待印的紙堆隨著紙張的逐漸輸出自動逐漸上升到相應的高度。

(3)輸紙機構。把通過分紙機構分離的紙張通過輸紙板準確地傳輸給規矩部件進行定位。

(4)氣路系統。配合分紙機構將吹風或吸氣分配給吹嘴或吸嘴,它包括氣泵、氣路和氣閥。

(5)自動控制系統。包括雙張、空張、歪張、破碎紙的自動控制裝置,當發生上述各種輸紙故障時,它能自動地終止輸紙部件的工作,並能產生一系列停印所需要的機械動作、減慢車速,當紙中夾帶雜物在傳送過程中觸及安全杠時,機器會自動停止運轉。
