印刷廠空張檢測器的技術要求是當發現紙張早到、晚到、空張、歪斜、折角、破損時應立即發出信號使輸紙機離合器脫開,輸紙機停止運轉。這時全機有八項連鎖動作:

印刷廠

(1)輸紙機停止轉動。

(2)印刷部分離壓。

3)傳墨輥不與墨鬥輥接觸,停止傳墨。

(4)出水輥停止轉動。

(5)前規不讓紙。

(6)送紙裝置擺到送紙臺上,叼紙牙不叼紙。

(7)計數器停止計數。

(8)機器轉速降到最低運轉速度。
