(1)選擇優質鋅鋁合金版或其他版材,並採用先進的加工工藝,在印版錶面研磨出緻密的砂眼,利用砂眼的毛細孔來組成印版空白部分的基礎,並依此來擴大吸附能力。

2)選用親水性能好、耐磨性能強和化學性能穩定的材料作為空白部分的基礎,並以此為抗拒油墨的擴張創造條件。

(3)嚴格掌握潤濕液的配製比例,以增強版面的穩定性及阻蝕作用。在水裡加入電解質,不僅補充被消耗掉的親水基礎,而且可以利用其剩餘酸性,去清除印版空白部分所沾附的墨臟。

(4)在潤濕液中再加入適量的親水膠體,或通過用親水性膠體在印版上揩擦,使版面上形成和補充親水性較強的膠體層薄膜。
