印刷廠乾燥劑又稱燥油。一般有兩種類型,一種是“紅燥油”,另一種是“白燥油”。

印刷廠乾燥劑又稱燥油。一般有兩種類型,一種是“紅燥油”,另一種是“白燥油”。

印刷廠

(1)“紅燥油”具有強力的氧化促進效果,能加速油墨的錶面結膜,故常稱為“錶面乾燥劑”。這種乾燥劑在高濕度下應用在黑墨和色澱性油墨中較能奏效(用量0.2%-1%)。但在打底性印刷中特別是用亮光漿、樹脂型撤淡劑等滑動性較強的物質來調配淺色墨打底時,容易產生晶化現象(由於錶面封閉),這樣的場合最好不用紅燥油。

(2)“白燥油”是一種以鉛鈷錳為主要的乾燥劑,能夠促進油墨的內部乾燥,故可稱為內部乾燥劑。在印刷廠應用較廣,乾燥性質較為緩和。
