印刷廠的橡皮布在反復多次承受滾筒接觸壓力的過程中,逐漸地不能恢復到原來的厚度,這樣的現象叫做彈性衰減現象。

印刷廠的橡皮布在反復多次承受滾筒接觸壓力的過程中,逐漸地不能恢復到原來的厚度,這樣的現象叫做彈性衰減現象。

印刷廠的橡皮布因彈性衰減會引起壓力下降,一般在更換新橡皮布或包襯後最初的印刷階段,印刷壓力很快地下降到壓力穩定值,此時,印刷品質量得不到保證,為了消除這種現象,需從兩方面做起是新橡皮布或包襯裝好後,先讓膠印機合壓運轉0.5~1時,然後檢查印刷壓力下降的情況,並對包襯做相應的調整。
二是在印刷前把印刷壓力略微提高,印刷一定數量後再使壓力下降,但仍維持在膠印工作壓力的範圍之內。

深圳印刷廠實踐證明,硬性包襯因彈性衰減導致的壓力下降要比軟性包襯小得多,它具有保持印刷壓力的特性。
