支票是出票人(單位或個人)簽發的,委托辦理支票存款業務的銀行或者其他金融機構在見票時無條件支付確定的金額給收款人或者持票人的票據。近年來,伴隨著我國良好的經濟金融形勢,我國票據市場也呈現出迅猛的發展態勢。與此同時,利用支票進行詐騙等犯罪活動也大幅上升。

印刷支票的防偽技術應用

支票是出票人(單位或個人)簽發的,委托辦理支票存款業務的銀行或者其他金融機構在見票時無條件支付確定的金額給收款人或者持票人的票據。近年來,伴隨著我國良好的經濟金融形勢,我國票據市場也呈現出迅猛的發展態勢。與此同時,利用支票進行詐騙等犯罪活動也大幅上升。

各商業銀行想方設法在成本合理的基礎上提高支票的防偽質量,以達到便於識別、難以仿造的目的。但技術水平的提高是同步的,這也為假支票偽造者提供了偽造的技術基礎。

因此,自支票產生之日起就有了制假與打假、偽造與反偽造的持續較量支票防偽措施可以分為3個層次:

一是公眾防偽層次,即普通民眾根據一般的知識和方法即可識別的防偽方法;

二是專業防偽層次,即專業人員借助簡單儀器即可識別的防偽方法;

三是專家防偽層次,即需要相關專業的專家借助專用儀器方可識別的防偽方法。

通常保證資金安全最重要的是前兩個層次的防偽措施。
