　　UV油墨特別適用於玻璃製品的包裝印刷，但其耐磨性差一直困擾著世界各國的油墨產品開發人員，也阻礙了UV油墨在夾層玻璃上的應用和推廣。針對這種情況，總結了油墨建築塗料化工廠多年來UV油墨產品研發的經驗和教訓，改進了傳統的概念。

　　這種新型紫外光深圳油墨具有以下特點：


　　一是耐磨性優異。紫外線油墨乾燥後固定玻璃製品，可耐受飲用水30天以上，且乾膜強度和附著力不受影響。


　　第二，這種UV油墨乾燥快，不需要加熱溶液。新的紫外夾層玻璃膠印後，可立即乾燥固定。無需加熱，可使油墨層具有優異的耐磨性。而且，這種油墨不含揮發性有機溶劑，無色無味，不堵網，乾快，不僅提高了生產效率，而且有利於多色印刷。


　　第三，這種新型油墨具有較高的錶面強度。乾燥固化後，錶面鉛筆硬度達到5h~6h，附著力達到100%。成品可隨意切割，墨層不易開裂。


　　第四，這種油墨具有優異的耐洗性。UV油墨乾燥後能抵抗一般溶劑的腐蝕，不影響乾膜的強度和對夾層玻璃的附著力。


　　第五，這種油墨耐冷、冷藏。經過多次冷熱循環後，乾固定玻璃的附著力不會發生變化。此外，紫外絲網印刷油墨還可用於陶瓷及金屬製品的包裝印刷，特別適用於家用電器彩色水晶夾層玻璃的大規模生產，不受有機溶劑蒸發對環境的污染。與傳統烘乾方式相比，大大縮短了烘乾時間，節約了水電成本。
