　　為了前進出產功率，如今的柔性版手提袋打印機很註重前進烘乾才乾。一般都選用天然風、熱風及紅外線等多種烘乾辦法。有的組合機械設備有兩組紫外光固化系統。這樣，在打樣或出產中就會發現一種表象，即同一套膠片製成的一套版，橫向標準竟會有過失，過失小時缺少1毫米；過失大時有2毫米-3毫米。在實習出產中，如果膠片或印版毫無疑問，則橫向標準的過失是因為印濕和烘乾兩個相反作用進程構成的。相距越遠的單元，橫向套印過失就越大。


　　所以在打印出產進程中，應盡量前進手提袋打印機速度並盡量減少不必要的熱風和紅外線烘乾，然後避免出現橫向套印過失。另外，在一次打印進程中，合適地前進機器速度，一樣也會發生套印過失。
