印版的烘焙處理必須在烘箱溫度下進行，校對必須規範操作，印版夾在中心位置，印版正確，夾緊板螺絲緊固。拉版時，頂部螺絲應松。只要受力適中，一般可避免印版變形。
　　針對影響套印精度的因素，採取了相應的控制方法，以達到精確重印的目的。


　　1.印版的烘焙處理必須在烘箱溫度下進行，校對必須規範操作，印版夾在中心位置，印版正確，夾緊板螺絲緊固。拉版時，頂部螺絲應松。只要受力適中，一般可避免印版變形。

　　2.必須嚴格按照標準測量滾筒的中心距離，使滾筒的軸線彼此水平，襯里的計算必須準確。包襯後，要做好應力測試。一般採用"屏幕"、"繪圖圖"、"壓力欄"等方法確保"壓平"，以滿足印刷精度的要求。


　　3.紙張對套印精度的影響很難解決，相關因素很多。為了提高紙張的印刷性和穩定性，應盡量保持印刷環境的溫濕度相對平衡。同時，根據紙張的"滯後效應"，可以對紙張進行印前處理。常用的方法是掛紙，通過掛紙，使自身的水分含量和空氣濕度相對平衡，可以降低紙張對環境的敏感性。


　　對於精度要求較高的印刷零件，也可以採用先印空紙的方法，使紙張充分吸收水分，進行壓壓，使紙張在復印前成形，這樣，"閃爍角"和膨脹的效果高於鄒某，但成本較高。


　　4.印刷過程要求在確保保證乾版的前提下使用最低限度的水。


　　5.機械重印不準確，主要是規則零件的牙齒。前量規的要求是：根據紙張的厚度，正確調整高、低位置，前量規的紙點與滾筒軸線平行，繪圖預見的要求是：圖紙可靠。每分紙、送紙部分應保證紙張的直線運行。當兩個齒轉移到紙上時，應該有足夠的共同時間來保證紙的有效控制，另外，每個滾筒和每個軸都應確保沒有運動現象。
