印刷中油墨堵塞的原因及其影響因素

油墨的乾涸主要是由以下幾點引起的：舊印刷品沒有清洗。溶劑乾燥速度過快（印刷速度與溶劑蒸發速度不匹配）。乾燥的熱空氣吹到盤子上。當刮刀與面板接觸點與壓花油墨接觸處有灰塵、水分、氣泡等雜質時，由於網中實際油墨量的減少，油墨的傳遞速率降低，甚至會有一些粗顆粒嵌入網中。

　　在製版過程中，網孔電刻的精度和角度也會受到影響。轉印油墨，色盒網點不足或缺失。油墨和溶劑的質量也是造成色塊的原因之一。如果油墨流動性不好，印刷粘度過高，油墨已經變質或與不同系列的油墨混合，使用的溶劑或溶劑配比不當，甚至在添加溶劑時操作不當，會影響油墨的轉移，造成堵塞。


　　活性粒子的作用：油墨在印刷一定時間後，會產生許多活性基團，這些活性基團會與印版輥上的鉻離子結合。當組合在梯度板的淺部時，它們的結合力阻礙油墨轉移到承印物上，造成堵塞。基本表現為：淺板的起點。為瞭解決這些問題，可以在油墨中加入活性緩凝劑（如CHY-1印刷助劑）。


　　由於滾筒、薄膜、操作不當等原因造成的：滾筒不光滑或有氣泡，會造成嚴重泄漏。薄膜電暈或在使用過程中污染，造成局部電暈不足。油墨箱油、墨量不足，印版輥部分缺墨。刮刀下麵有一個堅硬的物體，刮掉油墨，造成油墨型的刮痕。


　　由於粘著或墨水脫落而造成的漏印。油墨粘附脫落的原因有很多。一般情況下，我們會考慮油墨、薄膜和溶劑的殘留，忽略乾燥過程中溫度與風量的不匹配、低溫高風量造成的錶面偽乾燥現象以及乾燥後印刷薄膜的冷卻不足。


　　歐美國家對溶劑殘留有較高的要求。彩盒包裝中苯含量一般不超過0.5mg/m2。在我國目前的印刷水平下，苯含量很難低於2mg/m2。溶劑殘留主要存在於印刷和乾法回收過程中，苯溶劑主要由印刷殘留引起（如果乾法回收機的乾燥通道很長，乾燥能力足夠，有時印刷殘留溶劑會揮發，而彩盒包裝盒，因此，我們現在主要討論印刷溶劑殘留問題。
