　　1.乾密度低


　　同樣的紙張，印刷樣品的密度相對較高，經過一段時間後，隨著油墨乾燥平整度的降低，密度值會降低，而且由於乾燥前後油墨層密度值的不同，印刷圖像的色調也會有所不同。剛印出的油墨，油墨仍處於濕潤狀態，與乾燥狀態時有差異，這是因為油墨層剛剛印刷有一定的平整性，所以錶面反射主要是鏡面反射，顏色鮮艷，光澤好。當油墨層處於乾燥狀態時，錶面反射主要是漫反射，顏色自然比剛印刷時更深。因此，印刷樣品的油墨顏色比標準樣品略深。


　　2.印刷壓力


　　印刷壓力的大小對油墨從印版向紙張的轉移程度有很大的影響，當印刷壓力不足時，油墨的傳遞不充分，不適合印刷，印刷壓力過大時，由於印版上的油墨擴散到圖片和文字以外的空白部分，油墨的傳遞速率不但沒有提高，而且還帶來了其他的缺點，這也不適合印刷。因此，只有在適當的印刷壓力範圍內，才能打印出油墨層厚、圖像清晰、品位豐富、色彩重現性好的印刷材料。


　　3.印刷速度


　　隨著印刷速度的提高，印刷錶面的接觸時間變短，網點變假，油墨傳遞速率降低，印刷質量降低。因此，為了保證印刷錶面的充分接觸，提高印刷質量，必須在一定的印刷壓力下控制印刷速度，以獲得穩定的油墨層厚度。


　　此外，在海報印刷時，還應註意油墨層的厚度和油墨的平衡，而在印刷過程中油墨色彩的控制是通過對油墨層厚度的控制來實現的。
