　　畫冊印刷是現代人宣傳的一種重要手段，但很多時候當我們看畫冊時，我們會發現畫冊有掉毛現象，那麽畫冊掉毛的原因是什麽呢？讓我們跟著步殼印刷瞭解一下。

畫冊印刷

　　1、掉毛是指由於油墨的附著力和拉力而使紙、手錶、肉脫落的現象。這種剝離張力是在膠布與紙張接觸後油墨分裂成兩層時產生的。紙張上的這種張力是由油墨的粘性造成的。掉毛故障的發生取決於印刷機的粘性所產生的紙張錶面強度B與紙張產生的張力之間的關系；當A夜B時，就會發生故障。


　　2、必須指出的是，這里不僅是油墨的粘附，而且是膠布與紙在印刷機上的粘附。此時，印刷機上的粘著力受印刷速度和溫度以及殘餘粘度的影響。


　　3、在活版和膠印中，非印墨的非象部也會出現掉毛現象，這是因為，只要紙張的錶面是弱的，即用低粘度的油墨或只是濕潤的水，也會使紙張的錶面剝落，除了這個例外，在膠印中，紙與橡皮布分離時掉毛的原因，以及因果關系。
