深圳印刷廠
　　（1）畫冊印刷時，由於油墨附著力太小，紙張錶面比較光滑，墨層與紙張錶面不能很好地貼合，從而使墨層從紙張錶面上擦去。


　　（2） 由於墨水太薄，粘合劑容易被紙吸收。大量黏合劑滲入紙張，使黏合劑與顏料分離，造成顏料顆粒漂浮在紙張上，顏料失去黏合劑的黏著性，與黏合劑的結合度降低，使其不能很好地附著在紙張上，造成脫落。


　　（3） 所用油墨乳化嚴重，不僅降低了粘度、乾燥速度、增加了滲透性，更重要的是，乳化後的油墨與紙錶面結合不好，附著力差，膜的牢固性很差，輕微的摩擦會使膜破裂掉下來。


　　（4） 銅版紙是在原紙上塗布而成的。塗料和原紙都具有很強的吸附性，紙張較厚，能吸附大量的粘合劑。另外，由於塗布錶面光滑，毛孔非常細，不可能將顏料一起吸入，起到過濾層的作用，導致顏料顆粒漂浮在紙張錶面，由於缺少粘合劑而脫落。
