　　印刷機的單位類型、油墨上的每一個顏色組直接在紙張錶面上，快速固定油墨中的低粘度成分和溶劑，滲透大量油墨進入紙的間隙，留下高粘度成分和合成脂肪包裹在P中。在紙張錶面形成膠結狀態。在這一過程中，它的粘性急劇上升，使得後色油墨的粘性即使在前油墨的粘性相同或高於前油墨的粘度的情況下也不會產生反向套印。如油墨層的厚度、印刷速度、溫度、油墨的乳化程度、油墨配料量等，很有可能破壞原有油墨的正常轉移關系。


　　為了保證油墨的正常傳遞，油墨的粘度應按印刷顏色的順序降低。例如，衛星式印刷機，因為油墨被轉移到膠輥，而紙張，以及前彩色油墨沒有粘性向上的過程。這種印刷機在結構上具有先天性缺陷，極易產生反向疊加。因此，對於這種類型的印刷機，必須按照印刷色的順序嚴格按照油墨的粘性降低的原則進行印刷，並且油墨的粘度在前後顏色上應該是完全不同的。


　　如果印刷錶面光滑且吸收性紙張較低，油墨粘度對油墨轉移的影響也應予以考慮。對於油墨粘度的控制，一般來說，當長度為7～13時，單程膠印機的速度為5000～100000 rPh。粘度在4～5左右，當轉速在2000 rPh以上時，粘度為3～5以上。經過測試，四種彩色油墨的粘度從大到小的一般順序是黑變綠、品紅變黃。


　　墨水是一種特殊的液體。由於同一類型的油墨用於同一類型的油墨中，各種顏色在連接材料中的分散非常相似。在油墨油墨性能的情況下，認為油墨粘性隨油墨粘度的增加而增加。因此，在實際的印刷中，往往根據油墨的尺寸來確定印刷順序。
