水性油墨是印刷中常用的一種油墨，但使用時要註意的問題很多，如果這些問題掌握不好，就會影響到我們的使用。那麽我們應該註意什麽呢？
　　水性油墨是印刷中常用的一種油墨，但使用時要註意的問題很多，如果這些問題掌握不好，就會影響到我們的使用。那麽我們應該註意什麽呢？



　　1.更多地用於內部印刷


　　水性凹印油墨通常沒有光亮，灰分和濃縮值都不是學院的缺陷。包裝和印刷應在內部印刷中使用，這樣才能超越文字清晰、業務網點細致、色彩強烈、組織清晰的特點。


　　2.適當的淺層版本


　　水溶管理系統不僅使油墨具有牛頓流體的流變特性，油墨的透過率比水溶性樹脂油墨大16%左右；同時膠印油墨的液態水含量高，同面積的乾墨膜可以小於水溶性樹脂油墨，因此建議在較淺的錶面刻劃油墨孔洞。


　　3.添加消泡劑


　　膠印油墨是弱鹼的，包裝印刷工藝比水溶性樹脂印刷油墨更容易引起氣泡，在印刷產品中發現小白點、砂孔等常見質量故障，所以約1%的消泡劑可以加入。


　　4.控制乾燥溫度


　　膠印油墨以蒸發和不耐煩為主，必須反映乾燥性，復雜的可溶性油墨膜比水溶性樹脂油墨差。因此，熱風的溫度控制是非常重要的，低溫油墨的表層乾燥，但內部不乾燥，著色時翹曲溫度過高，油墨乾燥速度快，乾燥油墨層不溶於水，清洗變得困難。


　　5.不要混淆


　　水性油墨不能與其他溶劑油墨混合，否則會造成質量問題。


　　6.增加相應的輔助設備


　　由於酒精和胺是易揮發的，油墨的PH值很容易改變，在印刷過程中應註意添加相應的助劑。
