包裝盒印刷中的重要材料，其產品印刷質量如何，很大程度上取決於材料本身特上的優劣，以及操作者對紙的特性所掌握的程度。也就是說，要印好銅版紙產品，必須根據紙的特性，以及採取相應的工藝技術。在銅版紙印刷中若操作不當，容易產生粘臟（過底）、粉　化、慢乾、星色欠光亮等現象，為了保證其印刷質量，那麽銅版紙印刷時應註意哪些事項呢？

　　包裝盒印刷中的重要材料，其產品印刷質量如何，很大程度上取決於材料本身特上的優劣，以及操作者對紙的特性所掌握的程度。也就是說，要印好銅版紙產品，必須根據紙的特性，以及採取相應的工藝技術。在銅版紙印刷中若操作不當，容易產生粘臟（過底）、粉　化、慢乾、星色欠光亮等現象，為了保證其印刷質量，那麽銅版紙印刷時應註意哪些事項呢？

　　1、對每一批種的銅版紙，在投入使用前，應對紙的平滑度、酸鹼度、吸收性、乾燥性、伸縮性以及錶面結合強度等一系列涉及印刷適性問題，進行測試分析，然後根據紙的特性，採取相應的工藝措施，如調整油墨的粘度、流動性、燥性及防粘措施，以實現規範化科學生產，防止印刷時產生不良情況；

　　2、要把好銅版紙印刷的防粘工藝技術關。銅版紙吸墨性弱，背面又比較光滑，這樣印刷受墨量大的版面或多色疊印的，容易產生粘臟問題，故應採取防粘措施加以剋服，如採取以亮光油先把適量的防粘劑攪均勻，使之成液體狀後加入油墨中再攪勻，印刷時就可收到較好的防粘效果。

　　3、要把好墊版技術和印刷壓力調試關，確保印刷墨層均勻和光亮。銅版紙印刷壓力應求得均勻又適當，壓力過重容易產生掉粉不良情況，且易造成網點印跡不清晰弊病，以及加大印版磨損。反之，則易造成網點印跡不結實，以及盲目加大油墨層來彌補壓力不足引起的版面發花，那樣，易產生粘臟、慢乾、疊印不上等不良後果，故印刷銅版紙壓力要均勻，要適當。

　　4、銅版紙由於塗料多，印刷過程中經常會遇到脫粉和印品版面呈現黑影現象。有這種情況時，應註意檢查裝版工藝操作是否，如印版有無墊得偏重情況，因為紙面壓力過大的話，很容易將銅版紙表層的塗料粉質壓碎，引致脫粉和黑影斑點。另外，還應檢查油墨粘稠度是否合適，若印刷油墨層過厚度、過粘，也是造成紙面掉粉而堆積版面的原因之一。

　　5、用銅版紙印刷商標、包裝產品時，常以淡色作底色，經疊色套印而成。這樣印刷時如果工藝不當，也會產生一些問題而影響質量，所以，在調配底色墨時，應該盡量選用耐熱和耐光的油墨，並且沖淡劑建議用亮光漿調配，這樣可以將底色放到最後印刷效果會更好，以防止底色先印易磨擦損傷墨層。
