包裝印刷中噴灑過多粉末時怎麽辦

　　包裝盒印刷工作中，印刷機在印刷時會在紙張錶面噴上白色粉末，這是為了防止油墨不會粘在紙的背面；然而，粉末噴塗需要特別註意，適當的噴粉劑量可以達到防止粘著的目的。

　　如果噴粉噴霧也會給印刷後的操作帶來很大的麻煩，如果更嚴重的話，可能會使整批印刷材料被刮掉。"而更多粉末噴塗最直接的表現是，塗膜後錶面會出現大面積的白斑現象，這是非常醜陋的。因此，面對這種情況，當我們在印刷中噴灑過多的粉末時，我們應該做些什麽呢？

　　1.自動除粉塗布機

　　自動塗布機在機器的前端裝有高效的除粉設備，在紙張粘合之前，通常可以使用除粉裝置來除去粉末。

　　2.用乾棉布擦紙錶面

　　用純棉毛巾擦拭紙張錶面時，必須控制擦拭的強度。如果力太大，就有可能劃傷印刷品的錶面。

　　3.如果第一和第二種方法沒有效果，那麽就用印刷機重印一次，無論在紙張錶面噴灑多少粉末，這種方法基本上都能達到除粉的效果。

　　4.如果前三種方法沒有用，就必須重印。
