紙製品包裝是包裝工業品中用量較大的一個種類，紙箱的優點很多，比如環保、節約資源、成本，方便等等。然而在使用過程中我們常常會發現紙箱經常出現破損的情況，那麽這是為什麽呢？
包裝紙盒廠中紙盒破損的原因是什麽

　　紙製品包裝是包裝工業品中用量較大的一個種類，紙箱的優點很多，比如環保、節約資源、成本，方便等等。然而在使用過程中我們常常會發現紙箱經常出現破損的情況，那麽這是為什麽呢？

　　1、紙板層數設計不合理

　　紙板層數設計不合理，會導致外包裝紙箱的破損率提高。所以應該根據所包裝的商品的重量、性質、堆碼高度、儲運條件、儲存時間等因素來考慮紙箱所用的紙板層數。

　　2、尺寸設計不合理

　　紙箱的尺寸一般是根據所要裝的瓶數及瓶高來確定的,箱長是長方向上的瓶數×瓶的直徑，箱寬是寬方向上的瓶數×瓶的直徑，箱高基本上是瓶高。箱體的四邊周長相當於支撐紙箱壓力載荷的整個側壁，但如果四邊周長太大，紙箱的使用性能得不到保證，那麽在流通過程中紙箱就容易發生破損等現象。

　　3、瓦楞變形

　　瓦楞的形狀與瓦楞紙板的抗壓強度有直接關系，如果瓦楞紙板在彈性限度內，當壓力消除後仍能恢復原狀，那麽其抗壓強度就高；但如外力超過其承受的壓力限度，楞形被破壞，壓力消除後不能恢復原狀，因此紙箱就會出現破損的情況。

　　4、粘合強度較差

　　判斷紙箱的粘合好否，只要用手撕開粘合面，如果發現原紙面被剝壞，則說明紙頁粘合得好；如果發現楞峰粘合處無撕毛的紙纖維或呈白粉狀，則說明是假粘，這就會造成紙箱的抗壓強度偏低，從而影響到整個紙箱的強度，結果就會出現破損的情況。
