影響覆膜質量的因素(1)溫度

溫度是覆膜的第一關鍵,預塗膜用的貓合劑是熱熔膠,溫度決定著熱熔膠的熔融狀態,決定著熱熔膠的流平性能,決定著熱熔膠分子向BOP薄膜、印刷墨層紙張基材等3種物質分子間的擴散能力,同時也決定著熱熔膠的結晶度。

只有正確控制工作區域的溫度,才能使預塗膜在薄膜上的固態熱熔膠層徹底熔融成為黏流狀態,具有合適的流動性以實現對印刷品錶面的潤濕黏結,同時保證復合後即時固化,使覆膜產品外觀平整、光亮度高、膠層熔融程度好、無摺痕。
