水性上光油的印刷工藝常見問題

水性上光油的印刷工藝常見問題

①光澤不好,亮度不夠。

其主要原因是:a.紙質太粗,滲透力強;b.塗布液太稀,固含量不足;c.水性上光油質量不佳。

解決辦法是:提高上光油黏度和塗布量,紙質太粗時需預塗底膠。



②乾燥不好,錶面發黏。

其主要原因是:a.塗布過厚;b.上光油黏度太高;c.烘道溫度及熱風不足;d.上光油pH值太高

解決辦法是:適當用乙醇調整上光油的黏度和p,減少塗布量,加強乾燥系統。



③錶面塗布不勻,有條紋或橘皮現象。

其主要原因是:a上光油黏度過高;b.塗布量大;c.刮刀和壓力調整不合適;d.上光油流平性差;e.乾燥過快。

解決辦法是:降低水性油黏度,減少塗布量,適量加水墨阻滯,降低乾燥速度,或加入少量平滑劑。



④光油氣泡多。

其主要原因是:a.上光油黏度過高;b.上光油pH值偏低;消泡劑加入不足。

解決辦法是:適當加入水墨穩定劑,使上光油保持黏度在30s(25℃左右,4),pH值保持在8.5~9.5,必要時加入適量的消泡劑,但不可超過1%
