什麽是水性光油印刷工藝

什麽是水性光油印刷工藝

水性光油主要指以水基型上光油進行的上光。


水性光油是由合成樹脂和水兩大部分組成,合成樹脂占45%,


水少量,易揮發的食用乙醇為輔助溶劑,分散型上光油占55%


水性光油的特點是無毒、低黏度、高固含量,具有良好的光澤度和流平性,可以用水稀釋和清洗。


水性光油特別適合食品、藥品等包裝印刷材料的加工。例如在煙包應用中,煙草是一種極易吸味的植物,應用水性上光油從根本上杜絕了串味的可能。


目前,煙包廣泛採用P薄膜作為外包裝。水性上光油具有良好的熱封性能,即便使用賽璐玢,也能獲得良好的熱封效果。包裝類印刷品需要很強的耐磨性,尤其是煙包,在速度高達300~500包/分的高速運轉中,煙標要承受很大的機械負荷。水性上光油能滿足上光透明度高,又耐磨的要求。


用水性上光油加工的煙包成品平整度好,抗捲力強。
