印刷過膠出現花膜(起泡)的原因

①印刷墨層未乾。應先熱壓一遍後再上膠;推遲覆膜時間,使其乾燥徹底。


②印刷墨層太厚。應增加黏合劑塗布量,增大壓力及復合溫度。


③乾燥溫度過高,黏合劑錶面結皮。應降低乾燥溫度


④復合滾筒錶面溫度過高。應降低復合滾筒溫度


⑤薄膜有皺褶或鬆弛現象,薄膜不均勻或捲邊。應改用合格薄膜,調整張力。


⑥薄膜錶面裹入灰塵、雜質。應清除灰塵及雜質。


⑦黏合劑塗布不均勻、用量少。應提高塗覆量和均勻度。


⑧黏合劑濃度高、黏度大、塗覆不均勻。應用稀釋劑降低黏合濃度。
