所謂紙張的施膠度,指的是標準墨水在紙面上的滲透與擴散程度,是表示紙張抗水能力大小的一個標志

所謂紙張的施膠度,指的是標準墨水在紙面上的滲透與擴散程度,是表示紙張抗水能力大小的一個標志


膠印對於所用紙張的施膠度有特殊的要求,不僅要求紙張有較好的耐水性能,而且要求紙張具有較高的抗水能力。否則,在壓印過程中,紙張會從橡皮布錶面吸收大量的水分而變形,嚴重影響套印的準確性。

膠印所用紙張,一般都經過加填處理。為了提高所加填料在紙張中的存留率,應加強紙張的錶面強度,改善紙張的光澤,所以必須要求紙張有一定的施膠度來保證,否則,紙張在接觸水分後,會造成軟綿無力,填料脫落等不良現象。

所以說,通過紙張的施膠度一方面可以看出紙張受水後變形量的大小,同時也可以表明紙張錶面的結合緻密情況,從而確定紙張的脫粉與掉毛程度。

紙張的施膠度與印品的質量密切相關。隨著施膠度的增高,紙張的抗水能力也相應增強。膠版紙和銅版紙之所以具有較高的抗水性能和錶面強度,原因就在於提高了紙張的施膠度。
