所謂紙張的平滑度,指的是紙張錶面平整光滑的程度。紙面的光滑度大小,取決於下列因素:

所謂紙張的平滑度,指的是紙張錶面平整光滑的程度。紙面的光滑度大小,取決於下列因素:


①紙漿原料純凈、無雜質,纖維柔軟而組織緊密;


②打漿時使纖維縱裂變細,帚化發毛,橫向適當切短,使它交織緊密;


③適當添加填料,膠料堵塞纖維空隙,並牢固地粘著纖維。


紙張的平滑度是由造紙廠決定的,印刷操作者很難人為地改變紙張的性質。但是,如果膠印機操作者能夠在工藝和油墨等方面,給紙張以配合和適應時,那麽印品質量也可以相應地得到提高。其適應手段是:


①當紙張的平滑度較差時,增大印刷壓力,使用流動性較大潤濕性較強的油墨


②當紙張的平滑度高時,適當地減小印刷壓力,使用黏度較高、附著力較強的油墨。
