光致抗蝕劑是一種很適合於記錄薄浮雕位相型全息圖的光敏有機記錄材料，這種材料經過曝光和顯影可以形成浮雕像。

光致抗蝕劑是一種很適合於記錄薄浮雕位相型全息圖的光敏有機記錄材料，這種材料經過曝光和顯影可以形成浮雕像。

它有正型和負型兩種類型正型光致抗蝕劑，曝光的地方吸收光產生有機酸破壞交聯成為可溶性有機材料，通過顯影被溶掉；負性的光致抗蝕劑，

曝光的地方因吸收光在分子間形成交聯，使有機材料硬化而變得不溶解。顯果後有木被光的分放溶解掉，留下的是凸不平錶面的全縮及變形都很小，

衍射效率高，是製作浮雕全息的很好的材料，解析度可達到300線/毫米左右。但是用它作為浮雕全息材料存在著兩個缺點，

其一是感光靈度低其二是光致抗蝕劑用於記錄全息圖，畫冊印刷廠要求它必須與片基很好地黏結，為此只能選用正型光致抗蝕劑光致抗蝕劑能在光的作用下產生一種強酸，

通過加熱能使主體樹脂發生光分解或光交聯反應。由於產生的強酸可循環使用，所以可獲得高靈敏度。目前廣泛使用的光酸產生劑是鋪鹽，

如碘鋪鹽、硫鐲鹽、碳鋪鹽等。如甲酚樹脂-β一萘甲酸叔丁酯一三苯基硫化氟磷鋪鹽組成的感光體系，是正型抗蝕劑，感光靈敏度達每平方釐米幾個毫焦。
