塗布明膠版也叫做無銀乾版，使用時加以敏化。重鉻酸鹽明膠的解析度可以達到5000線/毫米。硬化明膠折射率可達到0.08，用於記錄體積全息時其曲線。

      全息乾版製作過程定製紙盒

①玻璃板的清洗：用硫酸和重鉻酸鉀的飽和水溶液清洗玻璃板，除去錶面的油污，用清水和去離子水沖洗後烘乾。

②明膠的制備：將明膠以適當比例放入去離子水中浸泡，待明膠膨脹後充分攪拌，加入10%重鉻酸銨水溶液（紅藥）和4%的硫酸鉻鉀水溶液（藍藥），攪拌過濾即成。

③明膠版的制備：一種是在清洗烘十的玻璃板上滴上適量的明膠，定製紙盒用玻璃棒刮平，放在水平板上，乾燥後就製成明膠全息乾版；

另一種是塗布明膠版也叫做無銀乾版，使用時加以敏化。重鉻酸鹽明膠的解析度可以達到5000線/毫米。硬化明膠折射率可達到0.08，用於記錄體積全息時其曲線。
