在100g蒸餾水中溶解8g化學純明膠，緩慢加熱到70℃，使明膠完全熔解：當明膠溶液的溫度下降到45℃時，將其均勻地塗布在洗凈的玻璃片基上；

①明膠版制備：在100g蒸餾水中溶解8g化學純明膠，緩慢加熱到70℃，使明膠完全熔解：當明膠溶液的溫度下降到45℃時，將其均勻地塗布在洗凈的玻璃片基上；

在溫度為22℃的乾燥箱中乾燥24h；在F-5a定影液中浸泡5min，堅膜之後用清水沖洗。

②敏化液的配製和敏化過程：在200m蒸餾水中溶解0.1g亞甲藍配製成濃度為0.05%的溶液；將堅膜後的乾版在敏化液中浸泡5mn，取出後放在室溫黑暗處乾燥。

③後處理過程：將曝光後的乾版在5%的重鉻酸銨水溶液中浸泡5min；並在黑暗中放置15mn以上；在40℃的水溶液中進行膨化（水中加入微量甲醛），

直至完全洗掉明膠層中多餘的亞甲藍；先後在70%、90%的異丙醇中各浸泡2mn；在100%的異丙醇中浸泡3min

熱風吹於。這樣敏化後的乾版的透射全息光柵的衍射效率可達97%。重鉻酸鹽明膠的制備目前有三種方法。國外習慣於用549F乾版定影後加以敏化，敏化劑是重鉻酸銨。

國內常用的有兩種方法。畫冊印刷公司常用的一種是將敏化劑與明膠混合後塗布在玻璃板上，由於這種乾版保存時間短，大多是自製備的。
