直接移印是利用凹版印刷的原理，即將凹版面上全部塗以印墨後，用刮刀颳去空白部分的印墨，再用硅橡膠製作的移印頭施以壓力粘出油墨。

         製作禮品盒直接移印

直接移印，又稱為移印，可用於平面或不規則的凹凸錶面，如在多段面、多曲面角平面的各種成型物上進行印刷。

一般面積較小、形狀獨特，著採用其他印刷方式是很困難的，甚至是不可能的，而採用移印則可實現多色精美印刷，

尤其在包裝印刷領域起著重要作用，如電子、光學製品、日用化妝品、兒童玩具、陶瓷、機械零部件等錶面的印刷。


直接移印是利用凹版印刷的原理，即將凹版面上全部塗以印墨後，用刮刀颳去空白部分的印墨，再用硅橡膠製作的移印頭施以壓力粘出油墨。

然後再轉移到承印物上。製作禮品盒移印機是移印的主要設備，主要由移印印版、移印頭和移印油墨三大部分組成，移印過程是由移印機自動完成的。

國產四色移印機，採用汽缸穿梭輸送工作台，微電腦控制各功能動作，操作簡單方便。
