用紙或薄膜作載體，用塑膠油墨印刷，因油墨中含有熱熔性連結料，一般不印背膠。

           印畫冊升華熱轉移印刷


升華熱轉移印刷：用紙做載體，用升華油墨印刷，轉移印刷時加熱圖文即可轉到承印物上。

所用油墨由升華染料配製而成，印畫冊多應用於合成纖維織物的轉移印花。

脫墨熱轉移印刷：用紙或薄膜作載體，用塑膠油墨印刷，因油墨中含有熱熔性連結料，一般不印背膠。

轉移印刷時加熱加壓，墨層受熱後連結料熔化與承印物黏結。

圍除載體時，圖文墨層即可與載體脫離而轉移到承印物上植絨熱轉移印劇：用紙做載體，先在紙上預塗一層熱熔腔，

然後在膠面植絨，再在城面上用熱熔性墨（實為配成溶液的熱熔膠）印劇圖文熱轉印打印：

簡單地說就是用熱和壓力將油墨從炭帶介質轉印到紙或捕膜的過程，

主要用於標簽印刷當標簽通過打印機的打印頭和壓軸時，通過熱和壓力將油墨轉印到標簽。
