​印墨的配製方法是首先將染料和載色劑混合，然後用膠體研磨機研磨，使染料均勻而微細地分散在載色劑中即成。其黏度隨印刷方法不同而有所差別，

        熱轉印油墨包裝廠家

由於這類轉印油墨是染料升華印刷的，它不同於常規油墨，其主要由分散染料和載色劑組成。例如對酯或尼龍特印刷技術。

合成纖維織物，均採用分散染料，其相對分子量必須低於350，極性基團不能過多，要有足夠的揮發性。而載色劑主要是溶劑，

不同印刷方法採用溶劑有所不同，對凹印和絲印採用有機溶劑或水性溶劑，而凸印採用醇性或水性溶劑，平印則以採用有機溶劑為多。

平印油墨為50-100Pas左右油墨配方舉例：40%絲網印刷熱轉印油墨配方舉例如下（僅供參考）：苯甲醇N一甲氧基甲基聚酰胺甲苯乙醇顏料膨潤土9%

將N=甲氧基甲基聚酰胺溶於苯甲醇、甲苯、乙醇等溶劑中，加入耐熱顏料和膨潤士進行攪拌，然後經研磨成為絲網印刷油墨，

用絲網印刷方法印刷到載體上（如熱轉印紙），然後對織物進行熱壓轉印。
