熱轉印紙、透明脫離層、油墨層、黏合劑層和熱熔膠粉層構成。撒有熱熔膠粉層的熱轉印紙所轉印出的成品耐摩擦性、堅牢度和附著力是最強的。

         印畫冊熱升華轉印紙

熱升華轉印紙的結構有三種類型。

①由熱轉印紙、油墨層和黏合劑層構成

②由熱轉印紙、透明脫離層、油墨層和黏合劑層構成。透明脫離層可作為油墨的保護膜。

③由熱轉印紙、透明脫離層、油墨層、黏合劑層和熱熔膠粉層構成。撒有熱熔膠粉層的熱轉印紙所轉印出的成品耐摩擦性、堅牢度和附著力是最強的。

熱升華轉印的底基材料為紙（或薄膜），其上塗有一層澱粉或CMC塗料。印畫冊這種紙對染料油墨既要有一定的吸附力，更重要的應有一定的膠能方般採用60-80g/m2的銅版紙或膠版紙，

並能耐受150℃左右的溫度具體要求是有較強的抗水性，不易收縮起皺；有一定的強度和翻性，經高溫重壓不易破損；紙質緊密度高，錶面光滑，吸收性適當；要求染料轉移容易。

對不同纖維製造的紡織品，可能採用的印刷方法會有所不同。
