什麽是燙背工藝

燙背就是將膠訂書籍包好封面後的書背燙平烘乾。一切用冷膠包上封面均需進行燙背加工,使封面平整牢固地粘貼在書芯上,而且整型書背形狀。目前有平燙和滾燙兩種燙背形式,相應的有平燙式和滾燙式兩種形式的燙背機。

什麽是燙背工藝

燙背就是將膠訂書籍包好封面後的書背燙平烘乾。一切用冷膠包上封面均需進行燙背加工,使封面平整牢固地粘貼在書芯上,而且整型書背形狀。目前有平燙和滾燙兩種燙背形式,相應的有平燙式和滾燙式兩種形式的燙背機。

(1)平燙形式常用的平燙形式的燙背機有TB01型,燙背時書背朝下放在加熱平臺上,上壓書板和側壓書板壓緊書疊,在加熱平臺的作用下把書背的膠液烘乾書背燙平。這種燙背方法的速度慢,烘燙時間長,書冊兩頭擠出的膠液會粘住書頁和沾污平臺,使書背的錶面損壞,常常需清除臺面的膠皮。為了加快燙背速度,工作臺上有左右兩個電熱台,同一時間內,一個工作臺上裝卸書本另一個工作臺上燙背烘乾,交替進行,加快燙背速度。


(2)滾燙形式常用的滾燙式燙背機有GT80型自動燙背機。燙背時書背朝上,前後壓緊,送入燙背部位。燙背部位由一組加熱鋼輥組成。工作台托著書本做往復運動,烘乾膠液,燙平書背。滾燙式燙背機燙背速度快,而且裝書量多。採用遠紅烘乾,溫度自動控制,耗電量少,預熱時間短。
