鐵絲平訂和鎖線訂的畫冊印刷封面質量要求

依據平裝書刊的裝訂質量行業標準CY/T28-1999相關要求,鐵絲平訂和鎖線訂封面質量應達到


(1)根據書芯和封面紙的厚度,正確選用黏合劑的種類、黏度和用量。以書背為準,漿口≤7.0mm。封面與書芯應吻合,包緊、包乾,無雙封面,上下誤差≤3.0mm


(2)燙背後,書背應平整,無馬蹄狀壓痕及杠線、變色等;


(3)封面用紙超過200g/m2時,粘口應壓痕


(4)書背及粘口壓痕誤差≤1.0mm.
