紙張的含水量是指一定重量的紙張所含的水分重量與紙張總重之比。紙張的含水量一般控制在6%~8%(車間溫度控制在18~25℃、相對濕度控制在60%~70%)。

紙張的含水量是指一定重量的紙張所含的水分重量與紙張總重之比。紙張的含水量一般控制在6%~8%(車間溫度控制在18~25℃、相對濕度控制在60%~70%)。紙張含水量也會對印刷工藝及印刷品質量產生一定的影響,紙張含水量過高,紙張中纖維、填料與膠料之間的結合力就差,影響紙張的錶面強度,導致印刷後出現脫粉、掉紙屑等不良現象,從而降低紙邊的硬度和挺度,造成套印不準等印刷故障。

如果紙張的含水量過低,印刷網點增大率大在印刷過程中容易發生吸濕現象,也會影響套印精度,此外,還容易發生靜電吸附現象,導致輸紙困難和印刷品背面粘臟等故障影響印品質量的紙張的性能還有一些,以上主要針對實際操作中較常出現的故障進行分析。

在紙張採購、下單時一定要選擇印刷適性較好的紙張,以減少因紙張質量而影響印品的質量。
