UV印刷故障及解決方法

1.UV燈具功率不足

需根據印刷設備的幅面和機速選擇合適的燈具,如有的UV油墨明確要求採用80W/cm功率,達到480mJ/m2的輻射能量。



2.燈管老化

應定期根據燈具廠商的要求檢查燈管工作狀況,適時更換老化的燈管。此外,UV油墨保管不良及超過有效期也是引起固化不良的原因。



3.UV油墨與承印物不匹配

其後果是墨層與承印物附著不良,以及墨層耐磨等性能差。因此選用UV油墨時,應根據承印物類型,咨詢油墨供應商,使用匹配效果最佳的產品,並最好事先進行必要的試印刷。

當因使用UV油墨而影響印品黏結性能時,應在制版時將黏結或上膠部位鏤空或“飛”出,或在黏結前進行“打磨”處理,以破壞黏結部位的UV墨層此外,由於UV印刷過程中有較強的紫外線輻射,需註意UV燈具的屏蔽防護,防止對操作人員造成不良影響。
