凹凸燙印的工藝參數包括燙印溫度、燙印壓力、燙印速度三大項,其設定與普通燙印有所差異。

凹凸燙印的工藝參數包括燙印溫度、燙印壓力、燙印速度三大項,其設定與普通燙印有所差異。

1.燙印溫度

凸燙印溫度比普通燙印的溫度要高一些,一般控制在110~150℃。燙印溫度太低,電化鋁膠黏層和剝離層不能充分熔化,電化鋁轉移不完整,造成燙印不上或露底現象;而燙印溫度太高則會使紙張變形過度,圖文糊死,字跡不清,甚至出現電化鋁變色的現象,同時溫度過高還可能會使燙印版膨脹過多,不能與底模精確配合,導致燙印不良。


2.燙印壓力

凹凸燙印壓力要比普通燙印大,且均勻程度要求高因此裝版時墊版和補壓就很重要,既要能壓凹凸,又要保證燙印面承受的壓力基本均勻。壓力過大可能會壓破燙印箔,甚至壓壞底模和承燙基材;而壓力過小,則可能會產生燙印箔轉移不完全或燙印不上,壓凹凸的立體感不強,達不到質量要求。


3.燙印速度

凹凸燙印速度比普通燙印略慢,在凹凸燙印中需要考慮紙張變形的恢復時間、空氣排出時間、電化鋁與凸起面燙印時間等因素,速度基本控制在3000~4000張/時。
