通過改變印版滾筒和橡皮滾筒的相對位置,使印版隨著印版滾筒做周向移動,以達到改變圖文在印張上的位置,從而滿足套準要求的操作過程,被稱為借滾筒

通過改變印版滾筒和橡皮滾筒的相對位置,使印版隨著印版滾筒做周向移動,以達到改變圖文在印張上的位置,從而滿足套準要求的操作過程,被稱為借滾筒


借滾筒的方法有兩種:

一是松開印版滾筒3與傳動齒輪1間的固定螺釘2,將印版滾筒3做周向借動,以改變圖文在印張上的位置;


二是松開印版滾筒3與傳動齒輪1間的固定螺釘2,慢速點車或盤車,使印版滾筒傳動齒輪1,跟著橡皮滾筒和橡皮滾筒傳動齒輪做周向借動,並以此改變圖文在印張上的位置。



操作過程中,應當註意下述問題:


①借滾筒之前,確定借動方向,確定借動多少;


②借滾筒時,在卸下最後一個固定螺釘時,要記住指針原指的刻度值,按照已經確定的借動量,盤動機器,以達到預計數據為準;


③借滾筒之後,保持已調滾筒的精確位置,直到上好最後個固定螺釘。
