通過印版調節機構,把已經裝夾在滾筒上的印版位置進行校正,並使其達到套印準確的目的。這種校正印版的全部操作過程,被稱為拉版



拉版是在校版工作中經常被採用的主要方法。拉版的工作效率及每次拉版的準確程度,幾乎完全取決於操作者的技術熟練程度其情況可分為三種:


①拉版效率高,準確程度好,一至兩次基本解決問題;


②拉版效率低,準確程度差,通過幾次反復,才能解決問題;


③操作者缺乏拉版知識,拉動方向無常,拉多拉少心中無數甚至越拉越遠。


在對歪斜印版進行校正時,往往需要調節印版夾板的左右位置。為了使印版夾板在左右方向移動自如,操作者應當首先將印版板的前後調節螺釘松開,解除對印版的張緊力。然後再校正印版夾板的左右位置,最終達到消除印版嚴重歪斜的問題。
