遞紙牙的接紙與交紙,都必須在持續穩定的條件下,順利進行。只有持續穩定,才能正確交接。遞紙牙交接紙張的穩定性,要依靠下列機構來保證。



①在輸紙板處接紙時,遞紙牙和紙張都處在靜止中,定位靠山螺釘和定位塊互相接觸,是保證穩定性的機構。


②在壓印滾筒處交紙時,遞紙牙和叼紙牙處於相對靜止中。


所謂相對靜止,就是說,兩者並非處在絕對靜止狀態,而是在不斷的運動之中,只不過它們的運動方向相同,運動速度相等,且其運動軌跡又同處於外圓切點上。遞紙牙端面半牙和滾筒側面半牙的相互接觸,是保證此穩定性的機構。
