機動關系表,就是根據機器傳動部件相互之間的運動關系,所列成的表格。因為各類機器傳動部件相互之間的運動關系不是固定的,所以機動關系表也是隨著機型的不同、條件的差異,而不相同的

機動關系表,就是根據機器傳動部件相互之間的運動關系,所列成的表格。因為各類機器傳動部件相互之間的運動關系不是固定的,所以機動關系表也是隨著機型的不同、條件的差異,而不相同的



膠印機的機動關系表,是根據膠印機的傳動部件相互之間的運動關系而制訂的。由於各種膠印機的結構、性能和工藝各不相同所以操作者只能按照本機型使用說明書中所制定的機動關系表,進行調機。以國產J2108型對開單色膠印機為例,它的機動關系表中規定


①壓印滾筒叼紙牙的開始咬紙時間為0°。這是全機調車的基準點,即凡是應用這一關系表者,必須首先在表盤上校準“0”點開始張牙放紙時間為88°(把紙張交給收紙滾筒


②遞紙牙在輸紙板上閉牙時間為77°(咬住紙),在壓印滾筒處,張牙放紙時間為359


③遞紙牙驅動凸輪滾子,開始與凸輪脫離的時間為93°,與凸輪開始接觸的時間為66°。


④收紙牙閉牙時間為90°


⑤前規矩剛剛抬起時間為74°。


⑥側規壓紙輪剛剛抬起時間為77°。


⑦前規電牙無觸點開關(片對著槽中心)為80


⑧滾筒合壓無觸點開關(片對著槽中心)為180°


⑨副收紙板無觸點開關(片對著槽中心)為230°


⑩給紙氣泵無觸點開關(片對著槽中心)為297°。


紙張到達前規時間為148°。


輸紙機前送紙輪開始壓紙時間為320°


雙張控制壓紙輪開始壓紙時間約為300-274


遞紙吸嘴開始吸紙時間為90。
