所謂遞紙,就是把已經在輸紙板上定位好了的靜止紙張,送入旋轉著的印刷滾筒中,進行壓印的過程。

所謂遞紙,就是把已經在輸紙板上定位好了的靜止紙張,送入旋轉著的印刷滾筒中,進行壓印的過程。



遞紙的方式基本上有三種,即直接遞紙、間接遞紙和超越續紙。它們的實用情況與發展方向大致如下。


①直接遞紙紙張在輸紙板上,直接由壓印滾筒上的叼紙牙叼走。這種形式多應用在舊式膠印機上,目前已逐步改造和趨於淘汰。


②間接遞紙靜止在輸紙板上的紙張,首先由遞紙牙叼走,然後再交給壓印滾筒上的叼紙牙。這種形式在現代膠印機上應用最廣,效果也較好。


③超越續紙這是目前世界上印刷機遞紙機構的新秀。

目前已採用的有下列幾種類型


a.真空帶式超越續紙;


b.摩擦輥式超越續紙;


c.吸氣輥式超越續紙


無論哪種形式的超越續紙,都是把紙張的最終定位點放置在壓印滾筒上。由於這種遞紙的方式,能有效地防止因傳遞紙張而造成的定位精度降低,因此,已被各個國家的各種機型廣泛採用。
