什麽是CTP銀鹽擴散轉移版

CTP銀鹽擴散轉移版有以下特點。


製版工藝過程為

版材→曝光→顯影→水洗→感脂化處理→印版


其版材構成及成像原理如下。

版材的基本構成:是由鋁版基、氧化鋁層、物理顯影層、滷化銀乳劑層、銀影像層和感脂層組成。光源主要採用氬離子藍激光、綠激光(YAG)和近紅外半導體激光等。

經CTP製版機掃描曝時,圖文部分的光點照射在滷化銀乳劑層上,使銀鹽向物理顯影層擴散,並在物理顯影層的催化作用下還原成銀,附著在氧化鋁層表面構成銀影像。未曝光部分經顯影液顯影後,除掉乳劑層和物理顯影層,露出具有親水性能的氧化鋁層。

為提高銀影像層(圖文部分)的親墨性能,還需用固版液進行感脂化處理這種板材具有較高的感光度和分辨力,光譜響應寬,加網線數可達300線/in;網點再現性好,網點覆蓋率為19%~99%;印版質量優良,曝光時間短,印版的沖洗方法與傳統方法相同;版材價位低,耐印力至少能達到25萬印。

缺點是不能明室操作,存放易跑光,造成影像不均。這種版材目前在國外已得到廣泛應用,是現階段直接製版版材的主流之一。
