印刷版的靜態保護是指,印版在處於合壓印刷狀態時,應採取的保護措施。

什麽是印刷版的靜態保護

印刷版的靜態保護是指,印版在處於合壓印刷狀態時,應採取的保護措施。

印版的靜態保護要註意以下幾點。

①印版非圖文部分潤濕性能的保護。印版的空白部分錶面屬於高能錶面,如果暴露於空氣中,或與其他油性物質接觸,極易吸附過多的非極性分子、油污等雜質,導致親水性下降,印刷過程中便容易吸附油墨而起臟。因此,印版的空白部分錶面需要為水膜所覆蓋,或在印版錶面塗上一層阿拉伯樹膠。



②印版要避光保存。印版的圖文部分不宜長時間暴露在光線下,尤其要避免太陽光的直射。



③防止印版的硬性損傷。要防止拖擦、刮傷印版錶面,拿版時還要註意,不能造成版面局部出現“馬蹄印”狀的凹凸不平。
